Bulk Property Program for myGuilfordCounty
myGuilfordCounty offers a Bulk Property Program for owners with a large number of properties. This allows our technical finance team to process a one-time payment for a large group of accounts in one single transaction.
How it works:
- Visit your myGuilfordCounty profile (see Create a Profile on myGuilfordCounty)
- Add your preferred payment method(s) (see Add a Payment Method on myGuilfordCounty)
- Complete the Bulk Payment Request Form (see attachment at the bottom of this page)
- Email the completed form to myguilfordcounty@payitgov.com
- We’ll process the request exactly as you have specified on the form and send you a receipt within 7 business days
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the deadline to submit my request form?
The deadline to submit a Bulk Payment Request Form is 15 days prior to your due date. On-time processing can not be guaranteed for requests submitted after this time period.
When will my payment be processed?
After you submit your request, your payment will be initiated within 7 business days. You will receive a receipt as soon as the payment is initiated. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
Where can I find my receipt? Where will my confirmation be sent?
Receipts will be stored in your myGuilfordCounty Profile and sent to the email address provided on the Bulk Payment Request Form.
Can I pay with multiple payment methods?
Yes, your bills can be grouped and paid by different payment methods as long as the card/bank account is saved to your myGuilfordCounty Profile. The last 4 digits of the payment methods will need to be specified in the “Notes” section of the Bulk Payment Request Form.
Can I make edits after I submit my Bulk Payment Request Form?
Because payment requests are processed right away, edits after a request has been submitted are unfeasible. Please ensure all data entered is correct prior to sending your request to myguilfordcounty@payitgov.com.
I can’t log into my account, where can I find my parcel numbers?
You can locate your parcel number(s) on the Guilford County Tax Look-Up tool.
I can’t log into my account, how do I update my payment method?
If you are unable to access your account for any reason, you should create a new account, add your payment method(s), and provide the email address of that account on the Bulk Payment Request Form.
