How do I change my password?

You can manage your password in the profile section of the myGuilfordCounty platform. 

1. To do so, first sign in to your myGuilfordCounty profile (see Create a myGuilfordCounty profile).

2. Click on the profile icon in the upper righthand corner of the webpage and select Settings.

3. Click the Pencil icon the right of Password in the Login information section. 

4. Enter your current password, your new password and confirm your new password, then click Save.

Note:

• If you have forgotten your password, please use this link to request a password reset link be sent to your email.
• If you forgot your password and use Facebook or Google to sign in, you will need to reset your password on that respective platform.
